Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address. You may register before purchasing, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. Follow the steps here to register your account 

Why should I become a registered user?

  • You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
  • You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

When will my card be charged?

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, Lassiva will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

When will my order ship?

We ship most in-stock items within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping costs will be allocated across shipments, based on their value, but the total amount paid for shipping will never exceed the shipping cost total provided to you at checkout. Occasionally, items may be out of stock and will be canceled from your order, unfortunately. You will be notified by email about any cancellation in this case. We will not charge you for items that are canceled.

How do i track my package after it has been shipped?

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.   The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. 

I Think My Package Was Lost Or Stolen, What Do I Do Now?

Lassiva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number. You may contact our customer service at team with any further assistance.

Standard delivery

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 1 - 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 - 9 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Express delivery

  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
  • Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Next day delivery

    Next Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 11:00am PST. Orders placed before 11am PST will arrive the following business day, by end of day. Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.

    How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

    Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Can I cancel my Lassiva order or make changes to it?

    Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.  This includes cancelling an order in full or in part, changing an address, changing a shipping method, and adding, replacing or removing items from your order.  You can find more info in our Return Policy.

    What is your returns policy?

    Our return policy accepts all items in their original condition, not worn, torn, stained, or damaged in any way.  All tags must be attached to the items.  

    All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

    Returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from product delivery.  Items returned 30 days from product delivery will be eligible for credit only at the current value of the item. No return or credit will be issued after 30 days.

    We are sorry but exchanges are not accepted. If you would like to size up/down, please return your original purchase and place a new order. It will be the fastest and simplest way we can get a new order out to you.

    How do I use a promotion code?

    To use a promotion code, please enter the code on the Shopping Bag page when checking out on this site. Promotion codes are not case-sensitive. If a promotion code cannot be applied, it is possible that (1) the promotion code offer has requirements that have not been met, (2) certain items in your order are not eligible for the promotion, or (3) the promotion code has expired.

    How Do I Redeem My Gift Card / E-Gift Card / Store Credit Online?

    During checkout, enter e-gift card number. If your e-gift card doesn't cover the total cost of your order, we'll charge the remaining amount to your primary form of payment listed in your account, or to another acceptable form of payment at your request.

    What If I Want To Return An Item I Purchased With E-Gift Card?

    Keep your e-gift card until you receive your order and are sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You can return items purchased with e-gift card in accordance with Lassiva’s  Return Policy. The refund amount will include only the amount paid after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and will not include any shipping charge paid unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

    Can I Use E-Gift Card to Purchase Another E-Gift Card?

    No, Lassiva’s e-gift cards can be used only to purchase merchandise sold by Lassiva online in the U.S. and U.S. territories.

    Can I Change The Value Of E-Gift I Have Purchased / Received It?

    No, you will not be able to add or change the value on a e-gift card once it has been purchased /issued.
